This is a disclaimer - and very important.
When I was first working out (as you'll see in later videos) I did very unhealthy things for my weight loss, and I do not think it's wise to do exactly what I did. However, throughout this year, I will be discussing HEALTHY ways to lose weight and get in shape.
But there is nothing that I say that is strictly doctor-certified. I am basically your friend who is recommending certain things for you to attempt. Never do anything that your doctor has not said you are allowed to do.
