I'm lazy, yet I want to lose weight quickly and safely...what do I do? 

Can I lose 9 lbs every 11 days, safely?

I was wanting to lose some weight before summer, so I can go to the beach and actually NOT be ashamed of how I look.

6 Months ago, I bought a gym on craigslist from a guy 1 1/2 hours away - it sat in my backyard for 3 months, un-used. My girlfriend finally made ME re-sell it on craigslist to somebody that would actually use it. LOL So lets face it, i'm lazy - and it's hard to motivate me.

About 2 months ago, I tried the 'cookie diet', and while yes they DO work - to be honest they taste like crap, and after 1 DAY i had to quit, as I felt week - and starving, to be honest with you.

I hate to admit it, but i'm lazy.LOL.

I'm lazy, I really DON'T like working out - I like to eat, so I'm basically screwed right? LOL Wrong actually. I found a diet that worked for me, and It will work for you too. - read below for more info.

I found a diet online called Fat Loss 4 Idiots They seemed to have good reviews, but we all know those are easy to fake. And, how the heck am I supposed to know if the 'before and after' pictures are REALLY a result of their so-called miracle diet.

Fat Loss 4 idiots CLAIMS you can lose 9 lbs every 11 days, lose 9 pounds AGAIN after 11 days, and again and again - until you're happy with your weight.

Instead of counting calories, or measuring portions, you trick your sluggish metabolism into overdrive with weird combination's of food. You might have roast beef deli slices and skim milk, or boiled eggs and peanuts. You can have ALL YOU WANT of these foods at the prescribed time, just don't eat until you feel like you are going to pop. You eat until you feel satisfied and comfortable. You pick the foods on your diet in a diet generator program. You eat every 2 1/2 hours; and you eat four meals, not three.

Anyways, sounds to good to be true right? That's what I thought to, but I kid you not - I was absolutely amazed at the transformation I went through in the last nine days. I have dropped 2 sizes in pants. I lost ten pounds within the first five days. I don't feel hungry or tired or cranky. I lost at least one of my three chins (LoL) My neck is thinner, my stomach flatter, and my favorite jeans don't come close to fitting anymore. They hang like an old sack. If I don't wear a belt, they would fall right off of me.
