I have tried to lose weight off and off for most of my adult life. In my twenties, I was somewhat overweight, but the situation was different than it is now. I have to credit Celebrity Diet and Personal Training guru, Judy Barnow for my weight loss. She was very accessible and when I am in LA, I will definitely look her up.

This is a membership site and fast weight loss diet plan. Celebrity personal trainer Judy Barnow can help you lose 10 lbs in 7 days, but there is also Phase2 and Phase 3 which are more traditional longer term diets. The diet worked for me and I liked the fact that I could email or call her for support when necessary.
