- definitely this is a very good lens I wanted to know how to lose weight fast in a different technique cause one of my friends told me that EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is really an effective way to lose weight. He even told me that the technique use in EFT is like an acupuncture. Instead of needles you use your fingers to tap and say some positive good energy word. My friend told me to visit eft training to know some additional info on how to use EFT. and he even gave me a link to the manual and this is the link that he gave me eft training manual.

- Hi! I used(and continue to use swiming) to get back and keep in shape. 5 hours/week and not only I lost a lot of weight but also got some nice muscle too in under a month. The same goes for my girlfriend to. Highly recommend.
Also don't forget to to eat acordingly. A healthy diet is just as important for your effort. Find out more about eating properly!
