How Do I Lose Weight and Keep It Off? The Answers are Simple...

How do I lose weight and keep it off? If you have been caught on the dieting roller-coaster your whole life, you have asked yourself this question on a nearly daily basis...This lense gives the basics of really losing fat and keeping it off. It answers the question of how you can finally lose weight and keep it off for good. The answers to this dilemma are simple and will result in your finally losing the weight you want--and keeping the weight off for good.

Pemanent and Effective Weight Loss Is Possible

You Can Lose Weight and Keep It Off!

Weight loss programs do NOT have to be complicated!

If you follow certain basic principles, and approach each day with a positive and hopeful attitude, you will see steady success

You WILL make progress on a daily basis toward overcoming roadblocks to losing fat and achieving the body that you desire if you STICK WITH THE PROGRAM.

You can lose weight and keep it off, without starving, and without endlessly going around in circles following the next fad diet or weight loss guru.

The first common roadblock to weight loss that must be overcome is confusion and lack of direction in a diet and exercise program.

You must focus on a program of eating and exercise that is proven successful, and this program, above all, must be one that you will follow.

Find a program of eating in which you consistently eat fewer calories than you burn, and one that offers a balanced diet that gives you the fuel you need.

No program will be effective unless it is one that you will follow on a consistent basis, one that is not too stringent, and one that is simple, clear, and relatively inexpensive. It has often been said that the best form of exercise is any exercise that you will actually do. With this in mind, in order to achieve steady and permanent fat loss, you must participate in an exercise program that is moderate, fairly enjoyable, and repeatable at least three times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes per session.

Start slowly, and work up to the point where you can do some sort of exercise, whether it be walking, running, yoga, or whatever, for three to seven days a week. Don't be negative because you cannot exercise intensely an hour a day.

Any exercise is a positive step and will move you toward your goal of steady and permanent weight loss.

The second barrier to the beginning weight loss program is overcoming the negativity that may come when your program does not offer the speed of results that you hoped for. Always keep in mind that each day you are making progress toward your goal of permanent weight loss. Take pride in the small steps you take each day. These small steps in eating right and exercising moderately and consistently will result in the large success you will eventually experience over time. See each day as a victory and remain positive. Do not punish yourself for imperfection in following your plan. Return to your program and continue with hope and purpose; you will be successful if you remain positive. Find a diet and exercise program that gives you the calories you need, in the right combination of foods to give you maximum energy, as well as maximum fat loss. There are a variety of great diet programs available that are not fad diets but, instead, are based on sound nutritional principles. Find a simple, easy-to-follow program-- there are many available-- follow it on a consistent basis, and you WILL have great success in achieving your goals.

The final roadblock to permanent weight loss that must be overcome is a lack of energy and motivation that may periodically appear as you progress deeper into your program. To overcome this lack of energy, try to get as near as possible to eight hours of sleep each night. This will improve your attitude and resolve. Also, again, it is crucial to use a diet and exercise program that is not too intense, excessive, or depriving. Moderation and progression are the keys to gradual, successful, and steady weight loss. Celebrate each day's positive steps toward a healthier body and toward losing the fat that has prevented you from becoming the person you have wanted to be. I wish you the best in your quest toward a new you.
