This is because these toxins are harmful to the body and so when your body can't eliminate them naturally it has to go to plan b and so it starts to build little "rooms" out of fat in which to store these unwanted toxins. So drink enough and you will lose weight with water and gain health.
How Much Water Should I Drink
So how much water should you drink ? well the answer is simple 1 litre for every 22 kilo's of body weight. OK so some of you are thinking hey that's a lot of water and yes it is if your not used to drinking that much but if you replace all the other drinks you would normally consume then it's very doable. And if you do this everyday you will lose weight. So to wrap it up I am going to issue you with a challenge, I challenge you to drink 1ltr of water for every 22kg's of body weight everyday for the next 30 days.It's free and easy and it's natural so why not give it a go if it doesn't work you've lost absolutely nothing (accept unwanted toxins) and if it does then you have a health plan for the rest of your life.
