A Sample Workout To Get You Started! 

Lose 30 Pounds in 6 Weeks

Ok, this is just a sample and there are going to be a few different exercise plans to try and do to help you lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks!

Monday:

Upper Body + Abs + Cardio

Start by doing push ups:

Do 10 push-ups ( nice and slow ) then without rest your are going to roll over onto your back and perform 10 situps. Then without resting you are going to hop up and do one of the following cardio exercises ( jump rope, jumping jacks, run, squat jumps) You will do one of those exercises for 2 minutes straight as fast as possible...Then take a 90 - 120 second break...

After you take your break you will do the same routine again.

You will do this 10 times.... completing 100 pushups, 100 sit ups, and 20 minutes of cardio!

************NOW PLEASE PAY ATTENTION***************
If you are just starting out and your can't push yourself very hard yet take a longer break...The idea of this is to keep your heart rate upr at a high pace the whole time you workout!
