Resolution 1 - Lose 80 Pounds
I know that this sounds crazy, but as my first resolution for 2009, I am promising to lose 80 pounds. I currently weigh just over 280, and at 5'9", I am looking at serious health issues as I get older. I am tired of being overweight. I am tired of having to teak a break after something as simple as climbing a flight of stairs. I am really upset with myself for getting to this weight, but this is the year that I am going to do something about it. I am also going to be linking to a blog where I will post photos monthly with a description of my progress. Please follow me on my journey. Be sure to let me know if you notice me slipping. Let's get this show on the road!

I have searched, and researched, and researched some more trying to find a diet/regimen/plan to assist me in my journey to lose eighty pounds.
