- I recommend incorporating a walk into your daily commute if you can - get off a stop earlier on the tube/metro. If you have to change, you may even find a route where you do not need to change, and a 20 minute walk will save a 40 minute second tube journey. Drinking water, lowering alcohol, caffeine, sugar and salt intake is good too- visceral fat loss needs to involve the liver, so give it a break. Yes nicotine needs to go too.
