Can you Lose Baby Weight Fast?
I am very happy to report that I lost 6 pounds in 9 days on the first cycle (I didn't complete the last two days of the cycle because I had to go out of town unexpectedly). - My best tip would be just to keep breastfeeding as long as possible. I really think that nursing is what got me down to my pre-pregnancy weight within a few months of giving birth with all 4 of mine. Combine that with a sensible diet and staying active and it's a winning strategy. Great lens!
