What first hooked me into this program, was their all-natural style; no pills or supplements.

I really enjoyed the amount of attention this book pays to each and every subject. However, if you don't like reading, this might not be for you.

I felt like their was an entire library shelf worth of information here. This book answers every question you might think of, and many you wouldn't.

Although I should throw in that it delivers in a very easy-to-read manner.

This e-book, more than others, felt like it really tailored its program to your specific body type. It takes a bit of figuring out, but you will learn exactly what your body needs on a day-to-day basis.

It also shows you how to effectively workout without any guesswork whatsoever.

The beauty is really in knowing that this workout will work before you invest your time in it.

This will be the last e-book you need on this subject, since it is very information heavy.

This e-book details a plan that will help you lose fat, and keep it off. This isn't a lose 30 pounds in 30 days plan, because it takes hard work and time.

Like anything worthwhile, right?

The book is 340 pages long, and many refer to it as the 'fat loss bible'. You can be assured that there is enough information here to help anyone.

This e-book teaches you so much that after you read it you'll feel like a professional in the gym.

This is my second favorite system, because it outlines a way to lose weight that is more centered around eating the right foods than exercise.

In fact, this system works very well with absolutely no exercise whatsoever. It is all about balancing your hormones by eating the right foods.

This diet is based on the fact that if you shift around the types of calories you eat continually, the weight will melt off.

Your metabolism chooses to burn calories based on what you've eaten in the past days, so you control your metabolism based on the foods you eat.

The best part of this product is the online diet generator, which lets you know exactly what you should eat and when on a day-to-day basis.

This is the greatest e-book ever created for putting on mass and turning it into muscle.

Now this isn't for anyone who is lazy, this is a way to get yourself ripped fast!

Get ripped and make yourself irresistible.

The workout program is a bit complicated.To simplify, on the website there is a calender. You click on whatever day your working out on, and it shows you your personalized workout routine for that day.

Pretty cool huh, no more guesswork? Guess what? The online workout planning calender is free once you purchase this e-book.

I use this calender all the time, since sometimes I get to busy to make my own workout for the day.

Best of all, with their workouts they also outline a day-to-day diet routine! For putting on mass, not losing it.

This is an amazing feature, which saves you a lot of planning time.

This program has you in the gym for only 3 intense workouts a week. It is nice to save time by working out hard.

I was very impressed by their section on specialty workouts aimed at your weak spots. I had several imbalances which this guide helped me to fix.

An imbalance is where one of your muscles is weaker than your others, this causes serious problems and also has many health risks.

Most people never measure all their muscle strength at one time to see which are underdeveloped.

This is the greatest guide if you want to get serious about putting on muscle; for competition and for attractiveness.

If I had to find something negative, I would say that the book can be a bit complicated at times. Luckily with the help of the website it becomes easier.

This book provides you the detailed plan you need to make a dramatic physique transformation. Every workout and every meal is planned out for you.
