How To Lose Unwanted Bodyfat The Sensible Way
I spend alot of time researching the internet for weight loss, nutrition and exercise information. I have spent the better part of my life involved and learning about muscle building, fitness and exercise in general.
I can't believe some of the absolute nonsense I see especially when it comes to losing unwanted bodyfat and weight loss in general. And don't get me started on what you need to do to see your abs!
Do You want to lose unwanted bodyfat, be healthier, stronger and have more energy?
Well if you didn't you probably wouldn't be here.
I am no rocket scientist but I know garbage when I see it and most weight loss and fitness info you see online is WRONG.
To lose unwanted bodyfat, see your abs and add some lean muscle all has to do with using common sense.
I wanted to just give up when I read a lens the other day(a highly rated one at that) his advice in part to see your abs was to do sit-ups with a 25lb weight held behind your head. I still can't believe that one.
Do you want to see your abs? You need to lose that unwanted bodyfat from all over. You can do 1000's of ab exercise but if you are carrying excess body fat you will Never see your abs.
Okay rant over keep reading and we will tackle your issue with unwanted bodyfat.

Ab Specific Exercises Do Little For Losing Unwanted Bodyfat
The first thing you must understand is that there is absolutely NO quick fix solution. There are no pills or supplements of any sort that will help you lose your abdominal fat faster. The only way to reduce body fat is to take a common sense approach - Train your body as one. Spot reducing doesn't work.
Also, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal fat either. You can't spot reduce your stomach fat by using any of these worthless contraptions. It simply doesn't work that way.
Surprisingly to most, the majority of the most effective exercises to lose unwanted badyfat and to see your abs are NOT "abs-specific" exercises.
The ONLY solution to consistently lose your abdominal fat and keep it off for good is to combine a sound nutritious diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a properly designed strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary hormonal and metabolic response within your body.
Both your food intake as well as your training program are important if you are to get this right.
To Lose Unwanted Bodyfat You Must Use Compound Exercises
Do You Want To See Your Abs? You Must Use Total Body Conditioning
Compound exercises allow you to lift heavier weights and work more muscle groups at the same time.Compound exercises are highly effective exercises that stimulate your metabolism much better, and increase your fat burning hormone levels much more.
A great example of a compound exercise is the squat exercise, which engages many muscles in the lower body and core, including the quadriceps, the hamstrings, the calves, the glutes, the lower back and the core. Not to mention the cardio benefits of doing squats.
There are many reasons to use compound exercises during your workout.
1 - more calories are burned during exercise.
2 - simulates real-world exercises and activities.
3 - allows you to get a full body workout faster.
4 - improves coordination, reaction time and balance.
5 - improves joint stability and improves muscle balance across a joint.
6 - keeps your heart rate up and provides cardiovascular benefits.
7 - allows you to exercise longer with less muscle fatigue.
8 - allows you to lift heavier loads and build more strength.
Examples of Compound Exercises
Shoulders: Military Press, Hang Clean and Press,
Arms: Close-Grip Chin-Up (w/palms facing toward your face), Dips, Close-Grip Pushup, Twisting Dumbbell Curl
Legs: Barbell Squat, Deadlift, Lunges
Back: Chin-Up, Pull-Down, Deadlift, Row
Chest: Push-Up, Dips, Bench Press
Want to lose that unwanted bodyfat? get yourself going on compound exercises and lift heavy for low reps(4-8)
To Lose Unwanted Bodyfat Do I Just Need To Weight Train?
NO! To lose unwanted bodyfat use the variety approach with your workouts. What do I mean by the variety approach?
The number 1 reason people give up on an exercise program is boredom(let's face it exercise isn't always the most fun thing to do).
So how do we get past the boredom issue?
By using a variety of training methods.
1 - Weight Training
2 - Interval Training
3 - Kettlebell Training
4 - Bodyweight exercises
5 - Using complexes (no it's not a workout machine) more on complexes later.
With all that I just mentioned if you set up your exercise program correctly you if you can imagine have enough information that you wouldn't do the same workout for weeks.
I Want To Lose Bodyfat But Not Get Big Muscles Why Weight Training?
First, it is physiologically impossible for you as a woman to put on large amounts of muscle mass; you're body's hormonal makeup is not one that will allow you to do so.If you want to lose fat or change your body, one of the most important things you can do is lift weights.
Diet and cardio are equally important, but when it comes to changing how your body looks, weight training wins hands down.
If you've hesitated to start a strength training program, it may motivate you to know that lifting weights can:
Help raise your metabolism. Muscle burns more calories than fat, so the more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn all day long.
Strengthen bones, especially important for women
Make you stronger and increase muscular endurance
I can't lift very heavy weights I'm not that strong.
It's not important that you move big weights; what is important is that you are selecting and lifting loads that are heavy for you.
Over time, you will get stronger and the poundage you can handle will increase. So, for you as a female trainee, a "heavy" load can be defined as a weight that you can lift in good form for 3-6 repetitions.
Men need 1-2 more reps to fully stimulate their muscles. So when training for strength, a man should use between 1 and 5 reps while a woman will benefit more from doing 3-6 reps. Also, most women will need to perform 1-2 more sets of an exercise to achieve the same degree of stimulation as a man,
