Are you thinking to lose weight...again?
Losing weight can be a battle for many and a lonelier journey for those who lack the adequate information and support.
Every body type is different and therefore yields different results for any type of diet, exercise regiment, etc. The key is to finding what diet, exercise plan works best for you in your personality, priorities, daily schedule, and budget.
This lens offers my personal experience as well as my opinion/insight in order to help narrow your choices from the broad resources available as well as extend a helping and supporting hand in your success to weight loss.
Effective Comprehensive Diet Programs
What Are My Options?
To save you your time, money, and sweat, I have gathered a list of resources that I myself have personally found success in or those products that I believe to be helpful.
We have all heard the success stories of people losing weight through the highly advertised programs such as Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, and Jenny Craig. But who can afford to join and stay on?
Comprehensive dieting programs such as fatloss4idiots and StripthatFat are simple to do and most of all, they are committed to working with you until you find success...burning fat and losing weight!
Plan To Exercise At All?
Oh, the choices!
My very first workout video was "Taebo" by Billy Blanks. This is a very high-intensity aerobic workout that utilizes Taekwondo and kickboxing movements in the routines. This will certainly get your heart rate going and rev up your metabolism.
Another one of my favorite workout dvd is "Winsor Pilates" by Mari Winsor. I was a total beginner in Pilates when I started off with this video. I exercised 4-5 times a week using one of her many regiments before and after my first pregnancy and credit my quick recovery of a c-section birth to this video. Although Mari won't require you to jump up and down, you will have to learn to retrain your core muscles as you learn to balance, build strength, and flexibility.
Another favorite workout dvd of mine was an aerobic workout video by Debbie Siebers, "Slim In Six". I used this workout plan to get back into shape after my second and third births. I would describe this program as the 'aerobics class' exercise. If you have ever attended an aerobic class, this is the closest thing you'll get to it at the comfort of your own living room.
And last but certainly not the least, my most recent workout dvd was Turbo Jam. This dvd will require you to jam! The workouts are intense while targeting problem areas through hip, party music. You will feel like you're jammin' and dancin' rather than exercising!
I have personally not tried this one but for those of you who are interested in serious body tonage and muscle mass, I would recommend this site: BurnFatFeedMuscle
