Diet is to eat according to prescribed rules. 2) The kind and amount of food prescribed for a person or animal for a special reason. 3) Also it means to eat sparingly. (The meaning of SPARINGLY is Thriftily or Economically.

1) Diet Center

3) Nutri/System
4) Weight Watchers
Clinical Programs:
1) Health Management Resources ( HMR )
2) Medifast
3) New Direction
4) Optifast
5) Physicians in a multidisciplinary program
These are some of the programs and the systems to loss weight. But also you can do it your self by selecting program for your self, such as change the way you eat.
A) Eat small meals. Don't eat every thing on the table.
B) Exercise
C) Fast ( skip a meal or 2 )
D) Ask some one who lost weight how did he/she did it.
E) Stay with one program for at least 3 months, don't just say it is not working and Iam going to stop. It doesn't work that way.
F) If the program you used stocked with it for 3 months and it didn't work it is time to start looking for another program. Not every program will work.
G) And take this advise YOU CAN DO IT IF YOU WANT.
