Lost is a lost cause!
Hello i'm gareth and i was a lost addict.
I was a rabid fan of Lost during season 1. But now lost sucks so i'm finally lost free

I was a lost addict during season 1...
Season one was epic and memorable: the story was original, the characters were incredibly impressive and every flashback added important bits to their personalities. There was amazement, secrets, drama, conflit! Everything run smooth, the storytelling was groundbreaking. At the end of Season one my hearth stopped at the thought "no more lost for how many months?".
I waited for the season two with great expectations... new characters were introduced, a lot more mysteries were thrown on the screen. I was confused, but still faithful "the screenwriters will explain this and that later...". When the season 2 of lost ended, i was like "WTF?? Is that all? is this a joke ?".
So i forced myself to watch season 3... and of course my expectations were killed and mauled. Season 3, except the episode where Hurley drive a van (awesome!), is totally rotten. The writers have no control over the characters, the story is too fragmented to make sense. I was able to end the season, while sustaining unheard amount of pain the "derriere" : i was utterly disappointed of course.
Now Season 4 of lost has begun, but i've totally quit it and i'm finally proud to say that i'm lost-free!

The storyline, the characters, the mystery and how the writers connect it all so perfectly. It's just amazing.
I feel sorry for the people who don't watch it. You're still on time, though. Now the show has an ending date... two more seasons to go and they're definitely cutting deep with sharp knife into the story.
It's the best thing on Tv right now. It's not just the normal doctor soap opera / crime scene investigation / normal people with the same problems of always show... if you want something different, you have to watch it. Season 5 it's going to be mind blowing.

This season competes with season 1. The show did get overly convoluted for a while during season 2 and season 3 but it was still good television. But season 1 and this season are amazing television.

I think "Lost" is one of the best shows on TV and I can't wait to see what's going to happen each week. It's full on action, drama, suspense, mystery, love and great acting. What's not to like! 5 STARS to everyone on the island! Except Ben.

I love the show. Great acting & writing, cool story lines, lots of WOW! moments. Season 4 so far has been the best yet. And even if it stank, I'd still watch it as long as they have a shirtless Sawyer on regularly!

Season 3 in particularly was quite weak and I found myself losing interest, but this current season has gotten me right back into the show again and I think that Lost will go out with a major bang. I am on the edge of my seat each week waiting to see what happens next.

Lost is still a fantastic show. If anything it has picked up since Season 1. The end of Season 2 was amazing. And although Season 3 started off slow, it got much better too.

It was ok for the first two seasons. I even joined a discussion forum on it. But you could see that they were just dragging the show out for money. Then I got fed up. There is another show called Prision Break. They are now doing the same with that. They should have ended it after season two. But taking the chance of making a new success show was probably too costly? So they drag this one out too!
