To put your lens up for consideration, send a quick email to lotd@squidoo.com- Don't just send an empty email with a single link in. How boring would that be to receive?! So be nice. Why not write WHY the lens is super cool and deserves Lens of the Day. And write a line or two about why you made the lens.
- And you don't just have to nominate your own lens. You can nominate ANY lens. you just send an email to the same address as above, and write a short reason or couple of lines about why the lens deserves it. You will then probably get a mention in the email/blog post that goes out to everyone.

Not quite sure how my daughter will cope with her new found fame though - it's not everyone who can say they have the most famous left ear on Squidoo!
