When I first discovered Squidoo I did very little, I then revisited it and once I had restarted the ideas came from all over.

My problem is finding time to get all of these ideas and turn them into lenses.....then I forget the idea until I come across a scrap of paper with an intro and structure outlined!

I hope you enjoy looking at my lenses as much as I've enjoyed creating them.

Do You Like Cocktails? 

I love cocktails, looking at the pictures, reading the recipes it is all fantastic. Getting together with friends and trying out a couple while catching up on the gossip is a really good idea.

All of my cocktail lenses can also be found at Lou's Cocktail Lounge.

Being Healthy 

I spent over a decade of my working life in the natural health food industry. I have studied aromatherapy, nutrition, Bach flowers, herbology and sports nutrition.

I had planned on writing lots of health lenses, but I keep getting side tracked with other things. I also sometimes start doing maps of interlocking health lenses and overwhelm myself, so do something else!! Go on admit it you've done the same thing, haven't you?

Spandau Ballet 

Spandau Ballet were one of my favorite bands when I was younger, I thought they were wonderful. I couldn't believe that no one had written a lens on them. Well they have a lens now, no sooner than my one was published there are others....how's that for great minds thinking alike?
