Note: This SquidWho was written by my fiancee.

Most people nowadays associate Tiffany and Co. with engagement rings and other jewelry.  Well, yes, the company does makes those things.  But once upon a time, Louis Comfort Tiffany, the founder, was known as the most prominent stained-glass window maker in the world.  He revolutionized the stained-glass process, and examples of his work are all over the world, in some of the most famous buildings in the world.

His work is most closely associated with the Art Nouveau movement, which was characterised by free-flowing, organic forms, often using nature and floral motifs.  Some of his most famous pieces were his dragonfly lamps, which are both expensive and incredibly difficult to find.
