U.S. environmental groups and state agencies continue to accept donations, conduct research, coordinate volunteer lists, write reports and rehabilitate not only injured birds and marine animals but also the families struggling in the aftermath of this crisis. Please read below to find out how you can help by attending the rally in Washington D.C. this Labor Day weekend. Can't make it to the capitol? - You asked for suggestions to reduce oil consumption. Some simple solutions are still very effective: Example: carpool or use mass transit whenever you can instead of one person in a car - makes a huge difference when many do it. Using mass transit encourages cities to provide more options.
