Getting Belly Fat Off..Not So Hard Really!

 

I have never been a fat girl, actually. But those extra pounds around my waist..We all know how ugly it looks, how easily it grows and never goes away.. Well, I must confess I really had a hard time fighting with belly fat, and I'm still watching my food to keep it off:) Since I tried many different ways with very little sucess before, I now believe that my diet program really made the difference. Read on..

How I Got Rid Of Belly Fat 

It's simple..And it works!

I'm from Italy and I think everyone knows about our carb-rich foods. Well, I enjoyed every delicious meal, knowing that it had a cost and this was my time to pay the price:)

After wasting time with many frustrating trials, I learnt one thing: Melting the fat around your waist is not only about crunches and other abs exercises. I'll write about my experience in bullets, so it can be your "12 easy weight loss tips" which will flatten your stomach as you are wanted.

1. The first thing that helped me was being committed to my plan. Be eager and heavy decided to burn the fat and never step back. Remember, you are doing this not only for an attractive appearance, but also your health. If you are going to give up in a week or so, don't bother reading the rest of the page:)

2. Don't tell anyone that you are on a diet until they realize the change in you. Just keep it to yourself. Believe me, this is much better.

3. Know what the magic formula is:
A simple low fat-low carb diet + Exercises + Consistency + Effective weight loss products = SUCCESS.
This is the combination and none of the above will work on its own. (I linked it to the original resource.)

4. No bread, no chips. I mean it. Just support your fat-free meat with more vegetables and salads.

5. Try meal salads, they are delicious! Slice your steak and add it in a big bowl of green salad and enjoy it. This was my favorite!

6. When shopping, check the food labels for fat amounts. The fat amount in a product must not be more than 30% and the saturated fat amount must be below 10%.

7. Lean meat, fish and poultry are healthy and contain much less fat. Eat more of these.

8. This is one of the best tricks that will help you: When cooking the meat, you'll see the fatty fluid on the pan. Take the meat from the pan and remove the fatty fluid. Continue cooking.

9. Beans will stop the carbs' negative effects. Consume more beans. This is also very important.

10. Stay away from alcohol. Drink plenty of water everyday. What I've learnt from myself is, drinking beer is nearly the same as storing fat at your belly. Drink more of it if you like belly fat, I guarantee it will work;)

11. You're mistaken if you think I'll skip it: Do exercises. Fast walks and aerobics 3 times a week will be incredibly useful. A diet without exercise will not help you much, I'm sorry.

12. This is the last and the most important point: There are very safe, healthy and effective weight loss products on the market that actually work. Support your diet with one of these natural products. They made reaching my targets quicker and easier(without them, I'd still probably be starving). Some of them will curb your appetite, some will block your carb-fat intake, and some will even do both. I don't want to suggest trademarks, but this diet site has ratings and deep research about the most effective ones:

Please don't postpone it anymore and start today! It took nearly 3 months to see the results this way. Now I'm keeping my form successfully, and I'll do anything to keep those kilos away:)
