Low Fat Alfredo Sauce
This is a good one. As you know, alfredo sauce is usually a total diet killer, what with its high calorie content and all. But here's how you can make yourself some low fat alfredo sauce that won't ruin your diet forever:

Ingredients
1-1/4 cups half-and-half
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch of pepper
2 pinches of salt

Preparation
Set the fire to "low" and use it to melt the butter (make sure you don't get it to the stage where it starts to boil). Put the remaining ingredits in and start stirring until the cheese melts.

Low Fat Banana Bread
Want some delicious banana bread as a snack but afraid of what that might do to your diet? Well, not to worry, because you now have a great low fat banana bread alternative!

Ingredients
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of apple sauce
8 oz of any egg product of your choice (but healthy!)
2 tea spoon of vanilla
6 ripe bananas (mashed)
4 cup of flour
2 tea spoon of baking soda

Instructions
Start the cooking process by mixing the sugar and the apple sauce. Once the initial mixture is ready, add the egg product and mix them all together again. Remember that while you can use any egg product you like, the healthier it is, the better.

Next, mix the flour with soda and start adding them slowly, little by little, into the mixture, even as you keep stirring the entire thing. Once it's done, put the bread into the oven and bake it for about 1 hour at a temperature of around 320 degrees.
