Low back pain is very common illness affecting four of five people during their lives. It is a cause of their inability at the age of 19 to 45 years old. It is also the second common cause of lost working days (after the common cold) for adults younger than 45 years old. That's why low back pain is a common thing in human live.

What are symptoms of lower back pain? Low back pain has possibility of temporary or permanent characteristic; shallow or deep; blunt and painful, throbbing or sharp and stabbing that depends on the cause and type of pain. Actually, there are several types of low back pain like as:

a)Local pain occurs in specific local area in the low back. It is usually caused by sprains and strains; usually the local pain gradually recovers for more than a daily or weekly.

b)The pain caused by pressure on the nerve center of the back probably due to some problems, such as: herniated disks, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, spinal stenosis or Paget's disease.

c)Pain known as original from the other organs tends to deep, painful, fixed and relatively widespread or diffuse. It usually not affects sufferer movement, but becomes worse at night. For example: kidney infections can cause lower back pain that is felt toward the center than the sides enough back.

These drugs are not recommended for elderly people, who are more likely to experience side effects.

  3. If lower back pain is chronic, many additional steps are required. For examples: aerobic exercise can help to reduce low back pain and weight. This exercise is recommended if necessary.

  4. Sometimes, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is recommended. That procedure is a device that gently tickles sensation by raising the low flow.
