How do we know what to pay for a stock option?

well to do this there are a couple of options models you can use. but in this day and age almost everything already been done before so lets not reinvent the wheel.

go to the Cboe and download the options toolbox an invaluable tool in the business of trading options. within the options toolbox there is an options calculator u can use that to figure out what the option price should be and how volatile the stock is. you can also change the price to see where it would be if the stock moved.

if you can't find it just Google options toolbox and it should be at the top.
