    I do believe that having a well-balanced meal, eating only 3 meals a day, substituting fatty foods with healthier ones, and proper exercise will lower a person's weight.

    I have been doing a low fat diet and working out at the gym, but you must keep up the cals to stop your body going into stavation mode. you see, if you body thinks its being starved, it stores fat and starts to lose muscle bulk, you must exercise.     Great tips. Having low carb diet does not only keep you fit but healthy as well.
    However, in every diet an exercise routine is always and MUST always be a part of it.

    Very good advice, I have myself had good success with keeping the labs low in the diet.
    Still, exercise is needed. Been lazy sometimes and immediately get the result :-(
