Dear Superintendent Rev. Noel H. Chin:

Now you are returning to your ministry after many years of the royal service as the Superintend of the Metropolitan District. Korean United Methodist Church and Institute was under your supervision.

Please let me faithfully review your service as it is closely related with the sufferings of our family life in the church in light of the following words;
?My house will be called a house of prayer? Mt. 21:13

SHOCKWAVE FROM ONE ?NO?

As you are aware that Korean United Methodist church has been deeply involved in the financial mismanagement for a long time and that our family has been in unusual harassment for long time since the appointment of Rev. Won Tae, and from his associates, fake physician CUNY Prof. Young So Kim, Fake Columbia MBA, Bank of New York vice president, Steve H. Park and other clergies, etc., during your administration, with the clergy framed false mass murders against us in order to cover up their abuse of the church fund.

The ferocious tsunami as the shockwave from my ?no? as the Board Chairman to the Rev. Won Tae Cha's proposed spending the Building Trust Fund for the other items than ?trusted?. Eventually they hijacked the church.

REV. COX'S MISSTEPS

Former Superintendent Rev. Carol M. Cox and Rev. Cha group initiated the troubles nearly 20 years ago.

As Rev. Cox did misstep for her official duties, our family expected that your appointment would remedy the troubles according to the teachings of the Bible and the church rules. Disappointingly your office clearly failed to correct the constant scandalous events.

OUR CHRISTIAN DUTY

My family members strongly feel that we, as Christians have the duty to remind you, as a clergy, to reexamine how the former superintendent failed to correct the troubles that caused great pains
to us emotionally and financially to date.

RE-EXAMINATION OF YOUR OFFICIAL ROLE

If you can reexamine your past role, make the findings public. It would greatly impact on the enlightenment of the future Superintendents' administration and other leaders.

Korean Christian community and others
leadership would welcome your openness.

Please let me make faithful comments on your role as the superintendent for our Christian advancement.

CLERGY MISCODUCTS

1. Primary goal of Rev. Won Tae Cha and Park and Kim was to take over the church assets
2 The lawsuits against us with false murder charges and false allegations with the affidavits of collective Christian liars
3. Steve H. Park's false murder charges against us
filed even without the formal signature.

The most responsible Bishop E. Lyght at the time absolutely failed to examine the facts, perhaps on the misinformation in the midst of cultural conflicts of White, Black and Korean.

Superintendent Rev. Noel H. Chin seemed to have blindly collaborated with them without verifying the facts.

Even, Bishop Jeremiah J. Park also fatally failed to check the facts to rescue the Korean church from the evil although he has the same cultural heritage as theirs.

ILLEGAL VOTINGS

Please let us notice the facts in the events to
remind UMC leaders that some clergies in these scandals really so corrupt that they are acting as immoral Un-Christian mobsters in fact: For example:

1. Rev. Carol M. Cox's and Rev. Robert Parker's
illegal voting to purge the elders and church officers in mass voting that laid the foundation for the violence and the scandals. .

2. Their conduct of the illegal election
allowing anybody to vote, without verification of the membership, to create the destructive sinful trustees and officers as if the Koreans were that stupid. Thus the hijackers won. Since then the church is under the control of the poor souls.
ILLEGAL FINANCIAL REPORT

You witnessed that the church members at the meeting applauded BOT chairperson's report that the trustees refused to pay Park's legal fees because there was not documentary evidence of the church's liabilities. (1/2/2005)
Also you heard the youths bully of the
English congregation hackling against it as Rev. Cha group misled
them to cover up the abuse and fake lawsuits.

EMBEZZLEMENTS

One of their members' $70,000 embezzlement discovered by the NYS Attorney General. It is not known if it is paid back to Jesus as AG ordered.

Some of the hacklers partied with the Chairman's embezzled money. Consequently some were removed from the trustees with the chairman.

AG wanted the private address of Ms. Kim, Chairwoman
from me for his investigation and I asked her many times for it. But she refused to give it to me. One evening she called me as she wanted to complaint to AG about the group's demand to spend the church money. I gave it to her. But she never told me how she used it.
The lingering question is how the smart guys lost $180,000 or more to the bankrupt Max Gordon church building contractor for nothing.

During the AG investigation, $100,000 illegal use of the church money was discovered. It is not known if it is
recovered from the abusers. Assistant Attorney General Nathan Courtney advised Board Chairman Hyun Joong Kim to recover the abused funds. But he neglected to do so as it would cost for the church to do so. Why?

Once I was compelled to remind if AG's investigation influenced by the interference of money laundrymen. Definitely they seemed did so.

Although Judge F. Dana Winslow on the bench mentioned that AG would do a good job for the abuse investigations. But the results are
still in the darker New York Korean church sky than deep Arabian night...

On July 15, 2007, the church meeting decided to audit the abuses from 2000. In the resolution, Ms. Kim Kwang Hee joined. But Rev. Chul Woo Chang intentionally blocks the auditing to date as if the audit resolution was a Joint gimmick to cover up the church corruption.

How long could he cover up the scandals
with the famed artists such as opera singers,
pianists, soloists in the choir? It is not a Jesus way to honor the faithful artists, utilizing them to praise the scandals in Jesus' name. It is an insult to Jesus and the artists' soul.
Hopefully one a day new libretto would
Appear praising, ?Jesus saved from the evil Christians.?

OMITTED FINANCIAL REPORT

.At the charge conference, the Pastoral Committee Chairman Suck Kyung Shin noticed his committee financial report was omitted
from the official reports to the charge conference,
although he prepared it with Rev. Chul Woo Chang. Thus, he loudly, properly, faithfully denounced the illegal omission at the meeting.

Rev. Chang unethically omitted his financial report to the charge conference because it involved his abuse of the church money, according to information.

But you did not pay any attention to the Chairman Shin's heated open protest and mine against their false lawsuits and money
laundry of Rev. Won Tae Cha and his associates

You did not stop paying the church money to support their lawyers to sue our family frivolously, persecuting us in order for Rev. Won Tae Cha and his group to loot the church trust fund.

REV. CHIN'S NON-RESPONSE

However, surprisingly you Super Rev. Noel N. Chin presided over this charge conference, but you did not say a single word against the Rev. Chang's abuse or violation of the agenda.

More surprising is the fact that no church members or officers said any words as another sign of the dummy church members, or as a sign of the dishonestly bra1inwashed cover up agreement without free speech.

Eventually Chairman Shin resigned from his position and often not showing up to worship in these days.

Evidently the church officers tactically seemed to have purged the innocents as undesirable as usual to cover up the pastor's abuse of the church money.

Thus, the Korean church became a victim again in the midst of the church superior's moral apathy.

Again, your office failed to obey the church rules and morality to keep the church in order. (12, 16, 2008) -Spiritual immaturity.

DE-JESUSED CLERGIES

Rev. Won Tae Cha, Rev. Sung Soo Han, Rev. Chul Woo Chang and tragically dumb mouthed young mindless assistant pastors ? all should understand they also violated the church rules and morality and are not qualified to be in ministry without a spiritual awakening.

MEDIATOR DR. DANIEL B. LEE

Late 20001, Super Carl M. Cox hired Dr. Daniel B. Lee, at Loyola University professor as a costly mediator for the costly fake lawsuits of $8,000,000 against our family. Dr. Lee was surely cheated or misinformed by Rev. Cox and Rev. Cha group to mediate the false mass murder charges and other allegations, which were factually their own false creations.

But he seemed to have failed to find anything to mediate at the consultations without contacting the victims, us.

If the mediator contacted us, he could have discovered the fact that Rev. Cox knew that Rev. Won Tae Cha and others falsely filed the false mass murder charges against us with the support of the false affidavits, especially Steve H. Park's murder charges were filed with the invalid fraudulent signature ? all with the stolen church money against their only enemy, my wife, my beloved son and me as scapegoats.

The mediator could have noticed ?the frauds? and could have advised Rev. Cox not to sue, but ?audit the abused funds and return them to the church treasury.?

There were no issues at all for him to be mediated with unnecessary high fees $50 per hour plus travel cost from Chicago and others

It was questionable why the Bishop Lyght, Rev. Carol Cox, Rev. Won Tae Cha and others
planned the unnecessary mediation. Please investigate if money laundry transaction involved.

HARASSED REV. KUNAE LEE

After the Bishop E. Lyght removed Rev. Won Tae Cha, the newly appointed Rev. Kunae Lee could not
help the mediator with any new information.

As they failed the extortion plan with mediation tricks, they started to hate and harass Rev. Kunae Lee so much that they sent out, twice, the hate letters against her to more than 490 churches in protest against the Bishop's appoint of Rev. Lee. .

Eventually she transferred to another church.

REV. SOONG SOO HAHN

Then they brought Rev. Sung Soo Hahn from Wisconsin. He disgracefully took side with the trouble makers and unwisely abusive to me, my wife and my son in the church public ? Yale seminarian's poor judgment.

4 A.M. TALK TO STEVE H. PARK

In October and November 2001, at two separate occasions, Rev. Cha group sent about 10 young people each to our residence to urge us to settle their $8,000,000 lawsuits against us. According to information, Mr. Soo Young Oh among them threatened me indirectly saying, ?If he does not follow their advice, its consequence will not be good for him. They might take a collective action against me.?
In the second group, Ms. Kwang Hee Kim appeared. She said to us she talked with plaintiff Steve H. Park until 4 a.m. on that morning for the settlement. They really tried to destroy our family. It was not clear what advice they had from the mediator Dr. Daniel B. Lee at the time.

Her extortion trip to us led her find a coned conspiracy as we explained to them about their false lawsuits of $8,000,000 and that we do not have that kind stupid Dollars to settle the mob's fake extortion lawsuits.

FIRST TIME TURKEY DINNER IN MY LIFE

For the visitors, my wife shown a Christian courtesy to the poor souls,
Not from a fear, treating them with lovely good dinners. One member at the second visit said,? First time in my life I did have the turkey dinner.?

During this tense period, anyway I had to often stay away from the church to escape any possible Church violence from the dummy bums.

REVIVING THE SCANDALS IN REVERSE

Since then almost 10 years later of their extortion trip, the toxic virus is still stinging us painfully in our church life. Yet, recently, Ms. Kwang Hee Kim, a family counselor for Korean families, with the church editorial group suddenly viciously rejuvenated it in her own doctored style article in the church periodical, "Spring Water ??" April issue of 90th anniversary of this historic church
as if I sued Steve H. Park and started all the troubles in order to harass and damaged her group, probably the family counseling switched to the church family counseling under the influence of the leadership of Rev. Chul Woo Chang, mentee of Rev. Won Tae Cha and the editorial staff of the church.

HER EDITORS AND COMRADES

The editorial staff consisted of, Rev. Chul Woo Chang, Assistant pastor, Young Ran Ha, well known Philip Kim at Columbia, Jeehae Joy Hwang, Seyoung son, Ohhwan kwon, Chul woo Jung, Hojoon Jon ? Their publication in malice is to further injure the innocent victims in another trick to mislead the church public, in contrary to the church rules, morality and the secular law against human decency.

How any normal human being could recreate such cruel false mass murder changes and money scandals to fit to their own bloody new appetite in this historic church?

Are they such criminal Christians? - Columbia professors, CUNY professors, smart editors, Drew Seminarians, New York seminarians, Union Seminarians, Yale Seminarian in unison - to devise such a cruel scheme in this cyber age? Aren't they stinky Christian garage in this church? They are all on the wrong Jesus tract.
What blood thirsty dummy bums are they?

Dear Jesus! How can you be in this stinky Korean church mess?

Although biased, she actually very well described
Knowledgeably her own true story how she initially helped Rev. Won Tae Cha's dishonest money laundry schemes in violation of the church rules and the state laws since Rev. Cha started the legal trouble. She acknowledged their violation of the laws.

Is the revival of the scandals a reflection from the fashions of domestic violence?

STREET DEMOS AGAINST CORRUPTIO FOR JESUS

During 2006 Annual conference, I wanted to have a free demonstration area within the conference area at Hofstra University A female staff of the conference stopped my request without questioning. She thought it is an old Chinese guy. and called the Campus police team who threatened me to arrest if I do demonstration because it is a private property.
The annual conference rented it for the church conference and my action was for the church's interest. So police or the female staff reasoning was not acceptable within one church for Jesus causes.

If the female staff were Christian enough, she could have examined my reasons for it.

My demo was to be a peaceful one for Jesus against the harassment and the false mass murder charges against me and my beloved son by Rev. Won Tae Cha. Steve H. Park, Young So Kim and others who falsely created the troubles in order to loot the Building Trust Fund.

Outside the campus the controversy spilled out the campus
One Superintendent said that the supers would have conference one day. Some Korean clergies stepped away from the street forum.
But, I demonstrated against the church corruption for Jesus
one hour each of two days on the sidewalk of the Hempstead
Tpk., off campus. Many passersby observed it.

The Supers did not informed me about the meetingt.

Another occasion I joined a Tea Party demonstrators
against the church corruption for Jesus. They were mostly from a local American churches. MY Motto correctly:

"Mr. Cuomo!! Bishop Park!! Audit the church scandals!!"

SUPERINTENDENT MISSED ALL THE RULES

However, as the superintendent, you never clearly stated your official position whether right or not on the crucial church moral issues that is ?the cruel and unusual punishment? against the innocent family who tried to protect the church assets.

Please let me remind you and other church leaders to ?Rethink Jesus? to correct this deeply corrupted status of the clergies of United Methodist Church for more than a quarter century painful history
of the church decay that you observed very well for a long time.

As the superintendent you clearly damaged our family and our church and our Korean church community in violation of Jesus' teachings, according to the facts of your ministry as the Superintendent.

Please let me advise you to reexamine what you did against our family and the church in contrary to the teachings of Christ and correct the inequities as you still have the time left to do so in the name of Jesus Christ.

CONCLUSION TO AUDIT
1. Restore free speech, dialogue in the church
2. Now the church must audit the church financial activities since Rev. Cha's appointment to date.
3. Recover the embezzled church money from the abusers for the church treasury.
4. Repent their sins and crimes in honor of Korean cultural values and of our faith.
5. Send the none-repenting deviants to a Judah's rehabilitation center to discover God.
