Currently the lowest rate I can find is $3.95 a month at iPower.com. Now, the package at that rate is pretty stripped down. For example, you can only get 1 email account and 1 SQL database.

What I recommend is to take advantage of their current special for $4.95. The deal is SWEET! You get plenty of hosting space, a FREE domain name, 25 databases, tons of emails, and $200 worth of marketing credits! DON'T MISS THIS DEAL!

I need a web host. But where to begin... They all offer so many options and stuff that I'm not even sure I need... in fact, why do I even need to pay for we hosting at all?!?! I googled "Free Web Hosting" and found plenty of free options.

Omnis is the most expensive host I'll mention here. At $5.95 a month it is still a great deal. Marketing Credit. Now, that is a good deal!
