Low GI Foods

I've been researching low GI foods.  Many fads come and many fads go and I at first thought low GI foods was another of them.  But it's not, actually, it is here to stay and what I've found so far is, we would all be so much healthier if we added these low GI foods to our daily food intake.

I've not been researching long and already I'm hooked.
