- We all know stress is a killer and yet so many are affected by it. High quality whole food supplements have helped my stress condition just by making sure I have the best food source I can get. Your physical health and mental health cannot be separated. Treat the whole body, not just one part.

- 5 stars! Very well written and informative lens. I have learned to recognize my early stress signs,and I am well awere of the extreme damage stress puts on my health. Why increase this damage eating wrong foods, right? But it takes some knowledge and will power.

- Yes, I don't eat well when I feel stressed. If I'm mildly stressed I eat too much. If I'm too stressed I can't eat much. When I'm stressed I don't eat well or digest well. Fortunately, I've learned a lot about natural stress relief so I don't stress that much anymore.

- I been trying to create my own way of healthy life, and just recently I saw this site Create Your Health which helped me with alternative health, neurofeedback, holistic healing, alternative natural healing and dynamic psychotherapy. The topics are all useful and very informative, my friends keep on telling me that they are so grateful that I shared this to them. Well, I guess it's your turn to know this too.

- Wow, you know so much. I like the idea of coloring my plate like a crayola. I had always heard that but not because of nutrition, I had heard it because its "prettier" to serve. Interesting. Thanks for sharing. I used to have horrible stress headaches. They were bad. I couldn't figure out what was causing them...thought I had a brain tumor or something. I don't have them anymore because I read Dale Carnegie's "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living". I was amazed at how just a change in lifestyle can stop the headaches. I still worry sometime that the headaches will come back, but then I think that's a way to cause them. :-) Thanks so much.
