    Loyalty cards bring in a whole new CRM approach to invite the regular customers and give them a an upper hand then the one off customers!! These marketing strategies do work in the favour of the customers and eventually in the favour of the retail outlet.

    What i love about first citizen is i dont have to wait in the line to pay up the bill...and of course love when sometimes i don't have to pay for a t-shirt because i could redeem my reward points :)
