I read the Lucid Dreaming guide at www.lucidfun.com after reading the review on this site. Within a couple of weeks I was lucid dreaming three times a week. It gives you instructions step by step and it worked great. Well worth looking at.

I have always been a huge dreamer-very vivid, sometimes strange, dreamer. I have had lucid dreams many times and it is wonderful! However, I never did anything in particular in order to get there! It just happens at some point in my dream I say to myself - "Hey, I'm dreaming, this is awesome" and I proceed to do things I would NEVER do in real life! It's great!
