OUR BATHROOM REMODELING EXPERIENCE
Our Bathroom Remodeling experience would not of been possible if it were not for our WONDERFUL friend & contractor, Gary!!! Gary passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2007! He left fingerprints in our house & footprints on our hearts! We wake up every morning and think of him when we see his AWESOME work!

HELPFUL TIPS FOR REMODELING YOUR BATHROOM SPACE
THINGS THAT WE DID
Our experience in remodeling our bathroom was a Great one! Here are some things that may help you:

Find A Great Contractor: Our Contractor, Gary Colt, charges $50.00 per hour. His motto - "We Can Do Anything!" He truly was able to do everything we needed to have done. The best part is that he lives right around the corner. Find a contractor that you trust!!!
- Look On Line For Deals: We found many of the things we needed for our bathroom on line. We also had a place in town that our contractor dealt with, and they matched the prices and sometimes gave us a discount for the things we found on line that we liked. Keep in mind shipping & handling charges when ordering things.
- Plan On Going Over Budget: WOW - when you start remodeling there are often times things that you can do in other areas of the house while in the midst of your remodel. We had our bathroom floor opened up and found that this was a perfect time to install recessed lighting in the dining room below. We also found that leaving access panels to our water valves in the bathroom for the toilets and washer & dryer was a great idea. This will help if we ever have a problem later on because we won't have to tear out any of our walls. We also took our walk-in closet and turned it into a new Laundry Room. We then took the old Laundry Room and made it into a new closet for me with sets of drawers and a counter area.

The heated towel rack we bought is AWESOME! The soap dispenser is nice, but we're having a bit of a problem with it not dispensing properly right now. We're thinking it's the type of soap we're putting it in. We just changed it yesterday, so we'll keep you posted!

WOW - this verse says it all! God was willing to give His only Son to die on the cross for our sins, so that each of us would have the opportunity to accept Jesus into our hearts & accept the free gift of salvation. We just have to ask Him! If we ask Him & believe with all our hearts - He promises us a home with Him in heaven when we die. It's so easy that even a child can accept this gift.
