Luxury Apartments for Rent in Boston

The article is aimed at updating the readers about the latest trends and updates of luxury apartments available for rent in Boston currently.

According to statistics released by a renowned rental market tracker, it is best to wait till spring to rent a new apartment. It estimates that the potential number of availability is set to rise from 20% currently to a whopping 63% come April.
The demand for rentals has always been soaring and will most likely continue to rise again this year. The supply of luxury Apartments for Rent Boston are also gradually picking up. This is, in part, due to the growing trend of housing rentals in Boston, with more people preferring to rent an apartment instead of purchasing a house because they do not wish to remain in the same area for too long.
An upcoming building is scheduled to be built at Reston Town Centre in Reston. The building that is currently in the process of construction will be a potentially grand apartment in Boston. When the new rental luxury apartment building is completed, it shall include many high-end facilities.
In contrast, another real estate developer has met with some resistance in its plans to build a 222-unit luxury rental apartment complex on Waltham Street in Watertown. In order to push forward its plans for the proposed building, the firm has to overcome obstacles in the form of the neighbours in the vicinity of the proposed building area, the Planning Board and the Conservation Commission.
The new luxury rental apartments will most likely feature a three-building complex with 350 parking spots below these buildings. All units will either be one-room or two-room furnished with high-end furnishings, and residents will enjoy access to a large common clubhouse and swimming pool. With the proposed new building, the firm aims to attract renters aged from 26- to 35- years old looking to rent a luxury apartments Boston. For those who are on a tight budget, 10% of the units will be rented at below market rates to income-eligible residents. If all falls perfectly into place and the plan proceeds along smoothly, the first building will be available for rent by fall 2013, with the whole project to be completed by early 2014.
