    I really enjoyed this "lesson", Nan. Maybe I'll not mind the harsh Minnesota winters so much this year and will be looking for Persiphone in the spring.

    Not so much because at this point I don't grow my own herbs. However, I do try to buy vegetables as much as possible in season (made easier with the vegetable box scheme we're part of), so that has an influence on what dishes I fix.
