    I inherited a set of dinnerware from my mother. Her brother bought it for her around 1984 from Fingerhut. They are the prettiest I have ever seen. But I noticed today one of the plate's stamp on the back reads backwards. Does that happen often? on the back it says curtea de arges porcelaine and in bigger letters above it, it says arpo.

    I will be visiting Romania sometime over the next few years...would love to see Transylvania. I'm interested in seeing the folk art.
    Don't own anything from Romania right now.

    I have a wonderful collection of Romanian Glassware, and when I left Romania in 2000 they had some, but not all of the Clothing Manufacturers you mentioned. Excellent lens of course, and *Blessed* by an Angel.

    Awesome! I Didn't know so many things are made in Romania. You say you visited Romania to trace your roots. Are your parents from there? I was born in Romania. It's a beautiful country.
