Hi I had some problems in the start but then their great support helped me get back on track. I been using magicjack for 3 weeks now and I am still astonished how good it is. I recommend that you buy it. I am gonna buy one for my best friend on her bday. I used skype before but the sound quality was bad. I never have problems with the sound quality with magicjack.
