The Magic Matrix is a systematic process to identify which of your customers buy which of your products and then to encourage your customers to buy more by widening their range of purchases.
What Is The Magic Matrix?
The magic matrix is the first module of the Accelerated Business Growth System.
The idea behind the magic matrix is very simple.
It is a record of your products and services in the columns across the top of the page or spreadsheet and your customers in the rows.
You just mark off who is buying what in the Magic Matrix, either in terms of a simple tick or a value and look at the emoty boxes.
These could be opportunities for extra sales and extra profit.
Of course there are a few extra tips and refinements that Peter includes in his explanation which will make the technique much more effective.
