Using "Design thinking" to create powerful brands.

Stop thinking like a bean counter and start connecting with your audience to provide things that people absolutely must have.

Is your product something that consumers are lining up for?

Or is your product just one option in an overcrowded market?

People spend more on emotional purchases than on logical ones.

People will buy again or more if they have a great experience.

People will recommend things they love to their friends and colleagues.

People that look for value are not chasing the lowest price; they are chasing the best experience they can afford.

This goes for all kinds of purchases whether it is a cell phone, a new car or an insurance policy. Instead of competing on price, which often means cutting costs, looking for cheaper parts and ripping off the consumer.
It is possible of course to lower costs without cheating if you smarten up on efficiencies, via a clever value chain, but do not short change your customer with rubbish parts and service and expect them to love you for it.

Give your customers something FANTASTIC & PURPLE

Why not compete on experience.

Purple sheepDesign a great experience for your customer and they will pay more, stay longer, do your advertising for you and love you.

A Magnetic Business attracts custom.

There is a heap of information on the internet that can help you apply Design Thinking. I have included many links here.. or read the book mentioned below.

Essentailly Design Thinking is about getting to know your customer so you are well placed to deliver her something she will value.

Integrate the value chain, remove anything that detracts from the customers experience of your product, and find new ways to exceed expectations.

Make your service stand out from the flock by making it purple...

Remember people are attracted, magnetised, to great things that stand out on good merit. If your business is not a Magnetic Business why should you expect any loyalty.
