Can you get free energy from Magniwork?

While this may put me into the realm of crackpot, I have to ask myself, is it possible? Could there really be a source of near infinite energy?

Is free energy a myth?

The simple answer is yes. I'm no physicist, but I know the basics of thermodynamics. And when I say basics, I mean BASICS. For example, I know that you cannot get more energy out of a system than you put into it, usually in the form of potential energy.

For example, if you pull a rock up with a pulley, the rock now has potential energy, as gravity will pull it down. However, you put energy into the system by pulling the rock upwards. In fact, you put more energy into the system than gravity can provide. If you didn't, you could not have overcome the force of gravity. When the rock is released, it expends its potential energy, but that number (remember, I only know the basics) will be less than the number you put into it.

On top of the smaller number, the rock has to over come friction, which is the real bane of people trying to create perpetual motion machines. No matter how little energy is required to run the machine, the parts will rub together, sucking more energy out of the system. If more potential energy is not added to the system, it will eventually stop.

Urban Myths or Magniwork Revolution

Cars that run on water and other conspiracy theories.

Magniwork offers plans that seem to run into the realm of urban legend. We've all heard about a guy who has a car/tractor/airplane that can get 100 miles on a gallon of ordinary water. Within almost all urban legends there is a grain, however small, of truth. Could it be? Is it really possible that there are alternative energy sources from common items?

If so, why aren't we all using them? The prevelant theory is that Big (Brother, Tobacco, Government, pick your favorite bad guy) is shutting them down due to the deals that it has made. Reports of threats if they ever tell anybody about their technology have been the common reason that we aren't all using the greatest technology ever. Are we paranoid, or is there really some sort of conspiracy?

I don't know. Frankly, people who buy into conspiracy theories always strike me as a little silly. However, there is a part of me that wants to believe. Part of me says that there may actually be sources of free energy that we aren't allowed to have access to. I have one glaring example that I'll give, as it is the only one that I believe has a great deal of validity and documentation.

Note: I need to qualify the following statements by saying that I do not use illigal drugs. I have smoked, I drink regularly but in moderation, but I do not, have not, and do not plan to use illegal drugs, harmless though I think they may be.

OK. Now that I got that disclaimer out of the way, you probably already know where I'm going. Marijuana. There. I said it.

The fact of the matter is, it's an overpriced weed. Have you ever looked into the history of cannabis? It was demonized by one William Randolph Hearst. Why? Did one of his children murder his mother while high? Did he himself suffer from a crippling addiction that he bravely overcame and turned his life around to ensure that nobody else would suffer as he did? No, my friends. The real reason is paper.

Forget the recreational aspects of the plant. Let's just talk industry. Hearst had deals with the lumber companies. Hemp makes a higher quality paper and renews itself every year, as opposed to trees that take 20-100 years to renew.

Consequently, Mr. Hearst launched a campaign against the devil weed. How? He could not very well say that he would lose a lot of money if we accepted cannabis based paper products. So, he decided to utilize his very popular newspaper to make sure that everyone knew just how dangerous getting high is. People would eat their babies, jump out of windows, and possibly be driven to animal levels of lust. Oh, yeah, and don't forget, Mary Jane is popular with the darkies. No self respecting white person would be caught dead toking up. That was only for the coloreds.

We have lost out on one of the most amazing tools that nature has given us thanks to a powerful man who had some deals with the lumber companies. In addition to a renewable source material for paper, we all know that we can make clothes and ropes out of hemp. Did you know that it also can be used to make a higher grade of ethanol? Corn farmers would be pretty well screwed if we thought it was acceptable, wouldn't they?

What does marijuana have to do with Magniwork?

Glad you asked. We know that we can use marijuana to make a better grade of fuel, but we don't. Who made that deal?

If we can't use maijuana, which is a proven source of energy, what's to say that there aren't other forms of energy hidden away for whatever reason? (Please don't tell me that mj is illegal here. 70% of all drugs seized is pot. What does the DEA do with it? Destroys it, rather than turning it over to be processed.)

Magniwork has blueprints that calims that you can build a generator for your home using common items found in any hardware store for around $100. Unfortunately, I have no mechanical ability. If you put a gun to my head, I might, MIGHT, be able to change the oil in a car, but that's about as far as I go. However, based on my limited mechanical knowledge, the plans look sound. I encourage you to look them over here.

Perpetual Motion

It may not need to be perpetual to get you off the grid.

Like I said, the plans look sound. The question is, will you have to put more energy into the system to get it to work? (Rambled a bit on the marijuana, but I came back to it.) With a standard generator, you have to keep adding fuel to keep getting your energy. However, with Magniwork's plans, you use magnets to generate the energy.

Will it run forever? No. Magnets eventually use their juice. I'm sure you remember some toy that you had as a kid that had magnets which eventually ran out of attraction.

With modern magnets, the charge will long outlast you. Is it perpetual? No. But neither is the sun, and we don't really worry about that running out any time soon, do we?

Well, I think I've ranted long enough. If you think that you could build the generator following simple plans, more power to you. Is it worth the time and effort to do so? Yeah, I would say so. If ever I have a friend who's somewhat handy and into stickin it to the man, these are the first plans I would give him (or her). Unfortunately, I once had a model designed for ages 12 and up. It's still half completed in my bedroon back home.
