Great pictures of beautiful arbors. i love the look of an arbor in any garden setting. It's soothing and somehow romantic. I like the Teahouse Plan shown here on your lens, it's very inviting. Blessed by a Squid Angel.

Love these arbors. Hiding that shed with a combo arbor was a brilliant solution. Enjoyed the whimsy of the branch arbor. Was just thinking earlier today about an arbor/pergola I built a few years ago. Time to create one here at my mountain home. Thanks for the fantastic ideas. Appreciated!

Thanks for the pictures. I like the Large Arbor with the seat on one side and a swing on the other. I am going to build a Pagoda in my back yard this summer. Now I'll add a nice arbor. Thanks for the great ideas.

Helpful and inspiring lens. One of my projects for next spring (or maybe 2013) will be an arbor or pergola. I will be referring to this lens as I make my plans this winter.

I wish my building would install a green roof so that we could have some things like this. We have so much space and so much potential with what we could do with it.

Another very professional lens done by a decorator/lensmaster that is very talented in both areas. It is a pleasure to view your ideas and the way you present them makes them just that much more special.

Happy April Fool's Day! I have Squid liked your lens, added you to my faves, and ..... I'm leaving you with a Fool's Day Blessing (no April Fool's prank here). This lens has also been added as a featured lens on My Squid Angel Wings blessing lens too. Look for it in the April Fool's Day section for the "Home & Garden" neighborhood.

Well rust is a big problem with steel structures. Better go for wooden and concrete structures which are costly but better. Thanks for the share.

How lovely it would be to sit under a flower covered arbor in the summer. But I also think it would be magical to walk beneath a winter arbor covered in twinkling lights....

Beautiful, beautiful lens. I got a lot of great ideas from both the images and the text.

I especially liked the links to the free plans for making an arbor.

    Keep up the excellent work,

What a gorgeous lens. I live in Japan, and most of these structures wouldn't fit in my garden. But we did have our garden landscaped--it really makes just a huge difference to the over all attractiveness of a house to have well-designed garden..
