Tricks To Make Your Computer Faster
These tips are so easy!
It is a technological world after all, whereby almost every single human being is being interconnected using the big Web. Computers, Internet, softwares and virus are just some of the more common PC terms that might sound kind of familiar to you. When we think about technology, we only expects the best performance out of it. And this would definitely mean a speedy processor that processes all info in a nick of time. Anything slower than this will be deemed as "not meeting our expectations." Whether the PC is for work or for play, we will only accept the fastest PC in our hands. So, listen up as these 4 ways can help to make your computer run faster.Hardware Upgrade
From time to time, you should remember to keep your hardware upgraded and keep them running on the latest version. If you want to maintain the top speed of your PC, then hardware upgrade is highly advisable and you are definitely encouraged to get give your computer a check up once a while to make sure that its hardware like the RAM, graphics card or CPU chip are still functioning well. If you can't afford to fork out cash to change all 3, just concentrate on upgrading the RAM and a CPU chip. These 2 components are considered as the main parts that allow your PC to process data faster. If you are a gamer or a graphics designer, then most probably a new graphics card from time to time would be essential. This is to ensure that your computer is able to process memory-intensive graphic details smoothly.
Avoid Multi Tasking
Everyone is guilty of this, even me! How many of you listen to your songs from Windows Media Player while working on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel sheet with 2 Firefox windows active while waiting for your friends to reply you on your MSN Messenger? When too much information is being processed at one go, there might not be enough memory in the PC to meet the demands and as a result you will get a slower processing PC. Wallpapers also can effect your computer's processing speed. With higher resolution wallpaper, it might take longer for your computer to load up. If you think that your computer takes ages to start up, then stop those unnecessary applications from auto-running during startups.
Check for Spywares and Viruses
Viruses and spywares function to corrupt your computer's system. Viruses for instance corrupt and delete precious information that is stored in your computer. Meanwhile, Spywares are mini spies that originate from the random websites that you surf. These websites plant sneaky programs without you knowing it. It then spies on you and your surfing patterns and such. You can have an instant removal of all these nasty programs and viruses. Nothing can beat anti-viruses softwares and Spyware removers. So grab each of these today to keep your computer safe and secured.
Regular Maintenance
Remember to give your computer regular checkups. These check ups are necessary to ensure that all windows errors and such are identified and removed to ensure that your computer is able to run without blockages. Ger your registry cleaned once a while as the registry is very prone to keeping corrupted files. From time to time, all the data in the registry will be replaced by new ones and if you fail to give your registry a good dusting, then chances are your computer will drastically slow down.

The Cash-Free Way To Make Your Computer Faster
Wow, neat tricks!
When you add a file or a new program to a new computer, the hard drive is relatively empty so new data is saved to the hard drive in one whole block. When you need to use that information, the computer can quickly access it because it is all in one place. When using your computer adding files and applications, the hard drive starts to become full. when you delete or remove programs you create little empty gaps among the other data that the computer will reuse. Eventually, the computer is no longer saving information in big blocks. Instead, it puts information in the many small empty areas of your hard drive. The result is that one program or file is broken up, or fragmented, into small bits pieces and stored in several different areas of the hard disk. The computer ingeniously keeps track of the location of each piece of data and puts it all together when it is needed. Yet, obviously, the more in pieces the information is, the longer it takes to access the information and the slower the computer becomes. To make a computer run faster we need to defrag it, read below to find out step by step how to do this!
1.From the start menu point to "all programs"
2.Point to "Accessories"
3.Point to "System Tools"
4. Click on "Disk Defragmenter
5. The disk defragmenter will display the hard drives on your computer. Just select and click Defragment.
If you have multiple hard drives here, defrag each drive.
Another step you can take is to set the system for best performance. From the Control Panel choose System and then choose performance options and set the performance option to Adjust for Best Performance. You can also consider upgrading the memory of your system for any further performance improvement.
Always respect your computer system. Shut down it properly using the start menu. Modern systems are equipped to handle an immediate switch-off gently using the same start menu shutdown technique.
Keep your temporary directory clean. Over a period of time, your temporary directory must have been overloaded with lot of small files downloaded to your system while you are surfing the net. Cleaning the temporary directory periodically will result in more space in the system.
