Life Is What You Make It - So Make Life Happen!

Empower Yourself To Have The Best Life Ever!

"So what does that really mean - Empower"? Well the word "empower" basically means to give power or authority to do something. So in the case of "empowering yourself", it means to allow your self to do something - allow yourself to have the best life ever!

How do you go about doing that? I'm sure most people, like myself, have always felt that we were trying to have the best life ever. I mean, who really wants to live a bad life? That just doesn't sound logical. Yet, for most of us, it seems like life can be pretty bad - at times. But the truth is, it's a state of mind or being. I know, that's not good enough - since many of us could be suffering from serious financial, family, or health worries. How can it be that simple? Yet, it really is - believe me!

It's taken myself a long time to feel secure and conscious again about my own path, and it's all because I finally got what I was missing for many years. I finally got that my thoughts, my attitude, my actions and reactions, my focus, and my intentions, my dreams, my emotions - all that, has been controlling the outcome. It's all perception - perception in my mind. Don't get me wrong, the issues that I've been dealing with are real - as they are for all of you. But instead of allowing myself to become victim of my circumstances, I am now empowered to take control and change my circumstances to that which I want, so that I can feel good. You can too!

"Successful people turn everyone who can help them into sometime mentors!" - John Crosby

"The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go." - Dr. Seuss

"Every man who knows how to read has it in his power to magnify himself, to multiply the ways in which he exists, to make his life full, significant and interesting" - Aldous Huxley

Inspiration and Insight

Where to find inspiration

One of the greatest books ever written, was Napolean Hill's "Think And Grow Rich". The book was published in 1937, and has been reprinted over and over again, as it inspires thousands with the simple teachings and examples within the book's text. One of the first and very powerful sentences in this book states, "TRULY, 'thoughts are things,' and powerful things at that, when they are mixed with definiteness of purpose, persistence, and a BURNING DESIRE for their translation into riches, or other material objects." Just think about the impact of that statement alone. It's so true, our thoughts are very powerful, as are our words...

Some of the best inspiration and insight into this whole concept of "conscious and conscious thoughts controlling our reality" comes from the teachings of Abraham, through the presentation of Esther and Jerry Hicks. In fact, they have written many books on the subject, and have provided hundreds of lectures and seminars too - they still do. One of the more well-known books is "Law of Attraction: The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham".

There is also the book/movie, "The Secret", which was actually my first book to read of this type; as well as hundreds more on the subject.

I personally start each day with affirmations of positive thoughts and wisdom, through inspiring and empowering quotes, "gratitude" journal writing, and brain/spirit exercises - yes, exercises. I also read as much as possible on the topic, to keep me centered, clear, positive, and confident. I recommend you do the same.

You may be wondering what a "gratitude" journal is. Well, as one phylospher/motivator once said, "One's happiness usually depends, in large part, on the depth of your gratitude". Which basically means, in order to feel good in life in the future, you need to feel good in the present. One way to get there is by feeling genuinely grateful for all that you have now. The best way to remind yourself of all that is good now, is by writing every day at least 5, 10, or more things that you can be grateful for right now - whateve it is. Once you start doing this, you will find that your life is not that bad, and that you do have the ability to have a great life. Think about it - do it!

Brain/Spirit exercises are simple little brain games or activities in which I practice how to change my words and thoughts. This can include writing down the things I want (specifically), and when I want them - repeating this over and over again both verbally and in writing. Visualizing the things I want. Creating a vision board, writing letters to myself, and so forth. It's great fun, therapeutic, and it works!

It is truly a part of my daily routine. It helps me stay focused on what it is I want, so that I can achieve it, and feel good, and have the best life ever. Each day I practice this, share this, and live this, I feel better and better and better all the time!

Six Minutes To Success

Learning from Bob Proctor

Bob Proctor is one of the greatest speakers in the world on the topic of getting rich. Bob believes wholeheartedly in the philosophy that is described in Napoleon Hill's book, Think and Grow Rich. He contributes his great success on the teachings of the book, and has created mentoring and empowerment programs to help inspire and empower others to do the same.

One of the programs that Bob has created is a simple program that helps teach and empower others to adapt the basic philosophy of Think and Grow Rich. The program is called Six Minutes To Success. I am an active participant in this book, and truly believe in the power of thought, and how it can change your life. This program is great! Plus the video bonuses, and reading material are exceptional! I recommend this program to everyone who wants to improve their lives through the power of thought. Bob Proctor is the perfect mentor!
