Make Money From Home Writing Articles

I have been writing online for a few years now and I fetl I was doing fairly well until I stopped for more than a year. My earnings went down dramatically. Writing part time a few days a week I was earning between $300 to $800 a month, which is a good part time earning. Once I stopped submitting content, stopped being motivated, and one site I wrote for shut down my earnings went down to less than $100 a month.

Well I am officially back and more motivated than ever to increase my online earnings. Writing online is something I enjoy doing, life just got in my way. I am a single mom now and I am about to go back to school full time, so I want to see if I may be able to build my online income back to what it was and then surpass those earnings so that I do not have to keep my full time job. It is so funny how a being motivated can make a difference. My advice to everyone is to find there motivation to continue writing online, it is worth your time.

Yahoo! Contributing Network (Formerly Associated Content) is a site that I began writing for, and I continue to earn money off of articles that I wrote when I first began to write for the site. It is one of my top earners when I get upfront payments.

Bukisa is a site that I started writing for a while back, but I never put a lot of work into it. I am now focusing more on the site, and have increased my income quite a bit. Bukisa did recently change there platform to pay only through Google Adsense, so you will need an account to be paid.

Firehow is quickly becoming my favorite writing site. I turned to the site when Ehow stopped accepting submissions, and it is paying off. I have more than 100 articles, and am on the expert writing list. My income has greatly increased in the last month, and I am happy with any increase on my writing sites.

Xomba is a site that you can write articles for, and promote your other work. With either method you can make money in your Google Adsense account. I have made money with increased article views and from Xomba its self.

Making money writing online can give you a decent income if you can remember a few things:

Never put all of your writing on one site. You want to have a few different options in case one of the sites decides to change up things. This will also give you a few different income streams, and more of a monthly income.

Promote Your Online Work:

There are many different ways for you to promote your writing online; search engines, link sharing sites, social networks, and more. Learn some of the best ways that can increase you income.

Treat Your Online Writing as a Business:
You can choose to do this part time or full time, but you want to treat it as your business. You should plan a schedule, make goals, have deadlines, and track your income. You should also keep important documents for tax purposes.

Writing online is not the only way to make money from home, or even online. I want to share a few articles and lenses that shares other ways to make money from home.
