How to Make Warhammer Gold
Warhammer is fun, even when you're not focusing on making gold. But eventually, you'll find yourself wanting a mount, some better gear, some consumables, etc., that all require gold to buy!

Start Now! Tip #1 - Alt Characters
Before you fully get into the details about making gold in Warhammer, start by creating a few 'Alts' (alternate characters). This gives you the advantage of having several characters engaged in gold-making activities, and protects your main character from anything 'shady' those other characters might do. You wouldn't want your Main to get a bad rep on the server just because your Alt is really good at finding deals (ticking off the competition)....detailed gold-making strategies...
Beware BUYING Gold!
Did you hear? Warhammer Online just banned 5000 accounts for buying gold.It's against their terms, they will catch you, you will lose your right to play. And that sux.
Besides...it sorta feels like cheating. When you walk around with all the best armor that you basically just paid Real Life money for, it doesn't really say anything about your character...it just means you have money in Real Life.
When you walk around in all the best armor, on the best mount, which you paid for by earning the money in game, that makes you uber-1337!
So avoid losing your account, and make gold the LEGAL way!

A famous bank robber was asked why he robbed banks. His answer: "Because that's where the money is!"So, where does the money come from?
Money is generated when a creature is killed, or an item is created on a server. How much money drops, and how fast you can kill them is something that the SOFTWARE controls. Warhammer Online servers can change their code to adjust how much money is flowing into the economy. There's nothing you can do about it.
What they CAN'T control is the law of supply and demand. If everyone thinks an item is worth 10g, and people are willing to PAY 10g for it, then it really is worth 10g...even if it only cost you 1g to get it.
Remember: there is no magic farming spot. Even if there were, the servers would fix it so that it was balanced again. That's not the way to make gold in Warhammer.
If you want to make big bucks, you will have to use the Auction House and get the gold from other players...that's outside of the control of the servers!
But there are specific strategies of how best to use the Auction House! Learn them!
