Red Flowers and Ribbons Wreath

Instead of using natural leaves, use evergreen for the base. Place fresh red flowers from your garden if you have one and would like to save money on your Christmas wreath but of course you can get artificial red flowers if you prefer and want to keep the wreath for your next Christmas holiday.

Roses and carnations fit very well for that kind of ornament because their red colored flowers are very intense. Don't forget to add a big red ribbon to the wreath.

Dried Leaves Wreath

Dried leaves are a best option than fresh leaves to make this wreath as dried leaves will last longer and won't get wilted by the end of Christmas.

Obviously, you can buy artificial leaves to make this wreath so that you can keep it for years to come.

Cinnamon Stick Wreath

In order to make a cinnamon stick wreath, you will need to use both green and red cinnamon sticks that can be found in any supermarket.

Cinnamon sticks will not only make your Christmas wreath look beautiful but it will also smell good! In addition, you can also place a few oranges, lemons or cloves all around the wreath.

Christmas Wreaths do have a Meaning

Christmas wreath do have a meaning and are highly important symbols of the Christmas season. They not only are wonderful ornaments but each detail is supposed to symbolize something.

So, go create your own Christmas wreaths and hang one on each door of your home. The designs are endless as you can add anything that would relate to Christmas: small kitchen tools, tree decorations, lights, music instruments, angels. Best of all, you can even choose their color: white roses, pink mini bears, blue tree decorations, etc.

You're only limited by your imagination. Happy Christmas.
