I have been raising dogs since I was a child (my latest love is Rudy - seen in the picture with me :-). - It is true that there are so many benefits in homemade dog food. Aside from it being healthy for our dogs, it is also considerably cheaper than buying those expensive commercial dog food. It is the only healthy dog food we can give our pets.
