Why build a lens... 

Here is my proposal - 

1. Send me via my CONTACT the following information:
   Your Name
   Your contact email
   Your topic
   A few well chosen keywords or phrases (I can help if you tell me what you are trying to achieve...)
   A short description summary
   An URL you wish to promote if any
   A logo image if you have one handy
   That's all there is to it.
2. After receiving the information, if I decided I have the time and sufficient information to proceed, I will notify you and will provide a schedule timeframe.
3. I will proceed to create a Squidoo lens with a minimum of 5 different modules. Depending on the topic, it may include related images, full text descriptions, links to your URL and other related web sites, a guestbook for feedback and a commerce module such as Amazon books or eBay or cafepress.
4. I will send you the link to the lens for your review and comment. I can make corrections and additions as necessary.
5. Within 21 days of the creation, if a google search of the keyword will bring up your lens on the first page (rank 1-10) I will charge $200, if it comes up within the 2nd page (11-20) I will charge you $100 and if below that, I will only charge you $20.
   
   Check out my own google search ranking results below.
6. Once the payment is made via PayPal, I will transfer the lens over to you. If you don't have a Squidoo account, I will create one for you. You can decide which charity to donate to or receive cash.
7. I will also help you maintain the lens for a period of 2 weeks after that.
8. If you decide not to purchase, I will keep the lens and will receive all future revenues from Squidoo or I may decide to retire the lens.
   There is absolutely no risk!!!
