I've always been adventuresome. And I've had the opportunity to explore that through my careers. I traveled around the world for an online catalog, then I was a retail buyer for a major department store, and now I'm a Chocolatier. I really enjoy indulging my creative side by trying new things at every party. I try to be unique and and match the theme of the party to each host. When I was a little girl, I wanted to be President of the United States. After college and grad school, I was fortunate enough to work for the Department of Defense, having served on assignments at the Pentagon and the US Mission to NATO. I also had the honor of serving the people of my community as an elected member of our Board of Supervisors. But I also knew the greatest honor I held in life was that of mother and wife.

Hosting a Chocolate Tasting party is as easy as saying, "Chocolate." Your friends will come running. All you have to do is set a date with your expert Chocolatier. She'll supply the invitations and all the decadent chocolate goodies. You do the inviting, by mail or e-vite.

Your party could be a playdate or a girls' night out.

Your Chocolatier will suggest some dippables that you'll provide like fruit, marshmallows or pretzels. You might want to have some soft drinks or water on hand to prevent chocolate overload (highly unlikely).
