#1. Buy a wedding gift online - no fuss or muss just go to the registry select, and hit send.

#2. Buy a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. It is pre-cooked. Just heat it up add some great side dishes and Presto! Gourmet Thanksgiving.

#3. Have a party for date night. Just the two of you. Wine, cheese, a movie, some snacks and a fire. Cozy and romantic.

#4. Kill two birds with one stone. Pick up a delivery when running an errand. Combine two trips into one when possible. Plan routes and save gas + time.

#5. Use house phone instead of cell phone at home or office. Don't eat up minutes on idle talk.

#6. Send a card, don't worry about expensive gifts, it's the thought that counts.

#7. Make a phone call for an important event. Promotion, engagement, birth, these life changing events require a personal touch.

#8. Take the call instead of voicemail. They will call back, so why not handle it the first time?

#9. Share photos online. Quick and easy.

#10. Use e-mail. It's a lifesaver.

Some Homespun Advice to save More Time & Money

I know you don't need to ask but.......

Don't quit your job until you have another job. This requires no explanation. Just do your homework and land another job with income before you launch into that new career move. (from the voice of experience)
Consumer beware. Do all of your research before you buy a product. Especially, an expensive one. This could save you thousands.
Time is money. Put a value on your time. You don't receive a paycheck for it but it could cost you in the long run.
Study new endeavors. Don't leap into a new business or project without investigating first. Learn the pitfalls and you can avoid a nosedive in your future.
Don't forget the law of compounding interest. Save and you can make money on what you already have.
