Different Methods of Making Money Online

First a little info. "online" as the request says, is in itself a world of it's own. This is a VERY important concept to grasp BEFORE you even consider 5 ways to make money through it. At some point a person must come to realize that in today's life there exist two worlds.

1) The real life physical world in which we live and breathe.

2) The internet, or "online" world. As time continues to pass by, the online world is becoming as real as the physical world itself.

When a person comes to understand this, and comprehend this on a "real" level, this, in and of itself opens your mind to new ways of making money online.

1) Start a hosting company

Lets start with the foundation of the internet or the "online" world. The internet and everything we know about it would not exist without Hosting Companies. Hosting companies are what allow you to use a server to display content on the World Wide Web (WWW). This in and of itself is in the "most demand" right now. You can make money by starting up a hosting company and selling web SPACE. In other words you can sale server space for people to build and control their own websites...so that THEY can make money online.

2) Become a Reseller

In the natural flow of things, the next opportunity to make an income online is through what is called "reselling". This ties right into web hosting (the first way I have listed for making money online). If you can not afford the $5K to 20K to set up a REAL web hosting company, you can then choose a less efficient way of making money through web hosting. It is called becoming a reseller. IN this case you would not OWN the actual server, but you would be given space within a server that someone else owns and be given the right to sale as much space as you want to others. There are limits on this, yet if you can afford to own your own server and such, this is a better option to "get you started" until you CAN afford your own.

After you move away from the foundation of the online world, you move into the world itself. You can purchase some web space on a server (buy a domain name) and then set up your own Website; from here we have further options as to how a person can make an income.

3) Selling products, information, or some other substance

After you own a website you can the use this site to do whatever you want. One of the ways of making money is selling something you own. For instance, maybe you knowledgeable about building websites. You can put everything you know about it on your site, and sale the information to others from your site. Now this is not a FAST way of making money, but it never will be fast until people KNOW about your site....that takes time energy and effort. None the less, you can sale information, a physical product, data, leads, and so forth, so "selling" stuff is another way.

4) Selling other peoples stuff and earning a commission: Affiliate

If you are not sure about how to go about selling stuff you have or "know", then another option would be to sell something someone else is selling, and make a commission for it. This is known as being an affiliate to that company. Here you do not do the work, or produce the product, you simply share what they are selling or offering with others and you earn an income based on what you sale, and how much of it you sale...no website needed....but would be beneficial.

5) mlm companies. Yet another way of making an income is by joining an online mlm company. Here you are compensated for the "work" that you do. You go out and you sale whatever the company is selling, but here you have a second option. You can recruit others below you to help you sale that same product, making you the CEO of your own company only limited by the time energy and effort that YOU put into your team. Your goal here should never be to "make money off of others", but rather to teach others how to make money off of the efforts of others.

6) Gamming.

WOOAAA! Did I just say gaming? This is the biggest market there is..IN THE WORLD!. In today's modern day gaming, you interact in a "world" with other people. You no longer "play by yourself" or "play with those around you". No, today you play in a "world" with hundreds, even tens of thousands of others. The neat part is that in a lot of the games, you not only "play" the game, but you can sale stuff you find in the
games online. In other words lets say you have earned 400 plat ($400..known as platinum in the gaming world..usually). You go online, to your website and sale this plat to others who play the game...this market, that not only includes the game money that you make, but furniture, trade skill stuff that you make, and also equipment for your character is an industry that sits at about 60 million a month....you can tap into this to make an income online

7) PPC

Everyone online knows what this is...you pay for every person who clicks on your link.....so you can setup a PPC for yourself and charge others for every click they receive to their banner or ad from your site.

8) Donations.

BELIEVE this or NOT, you can make money through donations. Perhaps you don't want to "charge" people for your info! A lot of people don't...they are giving. So what these types of people can do "online" is setup a donations box. Here you can make an income based on people liking the info or service you provide and just want to help YOU make it better...it's not a great way to make an income...but none the less there are people out there clearing well over $100,000 (usd) a year with this! Do your research.

9) PRMOTING YOU.

I skipped about 20 ideas to jump to this one and one other. If you ever learn to PROMOTE YOU, then your website no longer matters. When you promote you, people will follow you, and they will join you in whatever you do. There is nothing more important then YOU, yourself. When it comes to ways of making money online, the simple truth is, you are NOT going to make much money, UNTIL people trust YOU....yea you can make "some money", and even "decent" money, but you will never make serious money until you start promoting you over anything else. Your website and your products are worthless if people do not trust you, or at least convinced enough to trust you enough to get what you offer....promoting you is the #1 way to make money online...or in the real world...always will be...no matter what the future holds.

10) Move your business online..... Move what you do offline to online.

If you own a business, or are a partner in a business, or are planning to start your own business offline, you should also put that same business online. I talk to major companies on a weekly basis, and let me tell you that the recent trend is that more and more business in the real world are starting to make more money online then they are from the real physical world "store" that they own. Taking something that you do in the real world, and bringing it online can make you a fortune....think GLOBAL here. In the physical world you are limited to your local area, or your local country...take what you do offline and place it online, and you now have a global market....powerful.

11 - 70 ...you only wanted 5.

The point is that if you sit down and just "think" there are limitless amounts of ways to make an income online. Making money online is not hard at all...the hard part is getting yourself to overcome yourself. That is a golden nugget, but several of you may never "get it"....but hopefully you do. The only REAL thing that limits a person is the way a person "thinks"...if you think there are only a few ways to make money...then that is all you will ever see..those few ways. If you KNOW there are millions of ways, then you will find the millions of ways...while making money, work on "you" and you will have far greater success then 95% of the people out there who are struggling with making an income online.
