A good resume should be able to create the first impression as the best impression. Also the appearance of the resume is very much important. If you give a crumpled or unclean paper it will not create a good impression about yourself. It will create a very bad impression to your prospective employers.

The content of the resume is more crucial. The information contained in your resume should be well organized, it should be easy to read and it should be result oriented.

- Organize you for job search. An effective resume will help you to focus mainly on your accomplishments and career goals. It would also help you to organize your thoughts for the potential job interviews. Once you are aware of all your accomplishments and clear of your career goals, you will be in a position to confidentially face job interviews and networking process with more confidence.
Writing a resume is not an easy task. You may e a fresh graduate not knowing what to put down in paper.
